Another big increase in gold prices in Pakistan

Increase in the gold prices in the international market badly impacted on Pakistani market too as rates of yellow metal went up in the local bazaar on Wednesday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the prices of the 24 karats of pure gold in the Pakistani jewellers market increased by Rs800 per tola by Rs2,23,000 per tola.

The price of 10 grams of the 24 karats of pure gold also increased by Rs686 and traded at Rs1,91,187 per 10 grams in the Pakistani market.

The rates of gold in the international market on Wednesday decreased by US$1 per ounce to US$1,951 per ounce.

The price of pure silver of 24 karats remained unchanged and traded at Rs2,800 per tola and at Rs2,400.54 per 10 grams on Wednesday.
