Four people were killed in an armed clash between two rival groups in Shikarpur on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Both the groups targeted each other with modern weapons as police were rushed in to prevent further bloodshed.

Members of Kharoos and Narija communities clashed in Tajodero Police Station area.

Sources in police said the firing has been continuing for over three hours between the rival sides and they feared more casualties.

Police said the cause of the armed clash was old enmity.

One of the victim was identified as Arif who belonged to Kharoos community.
