Security forces kill two terrorists in Waziristan firefight

The security forces killed two terrorists in a firefight in the North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, ISPR said on Friday.

The exchange of firing between terrorists and security officials took place in the Dossali area of the tribal district, the military media wing maintained.

Arms and ammunition were also seized, the ISPR said, adding that the dead were involved in terror activities including attacks on innocent civilians and security forces.

The locals heaped praise on the security forces for getting rid of the notorious elements and renewed their resolve to continue backing the anti-terror combat.

The security forces have launched a hunt for the terrorists and reiterated their resolve to uproot terrorism.
