The security forces nailed seven terrorists, including their commander Mehtab alias Lala in the North Waziristan district, ISPR reported on Monday.

The military media wing said the forces launched an intelligence-based operation in the Miran Shah area of the North Waziristan district in KP and made the arrests.

The arrested belonged to the Hafiz Gul Bahadur group and were involved in various terror activities and target killings of security forces, the ISPR said, adding that they were wanted in many heinous crimes.

The locals lauded the troops for conducting the successful operation which brought a sigh of relief to them. They also assured the forces of their all-out support to uproot terrorism.
