The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) chairman summoned the nephew of former federal minister Sheikh Rashid in a case of Lal Haveli and its adjacent units, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.

Deputy Administrator Rawalpindi declared the occupation of Lal Haveli illegal while the nephew of Sheikh Rashid challenged the decision in the court of the ETPB chairman.

The board chairman summoned him on August 4 (tomorrow)

Sheikh Rasheed and his nephew have announced fireworks in Lal Haveli on August 13.

The board got the notices received through the registry and pasted them on the structure in question too.
