Sirajuddin Aziz has been appointed as new banking ombudsman of Pakistan, reported 24NewHD TV channel.

Acting President Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani gave his consent to the appointment of Sirajuddin as banking ombudsman on Monday.

The acting president also signed the summary for the appointment of new banking ombudsman.

Meanwhile, Senator Danesh Kumar on Monday called on Acting President Sadiq Sanjrani. The meeting was held at the Aiwan-i-Sadr, President Secretariat Press Wing said in a press release issued in Islamabad.
