Islamabad court summons Imran Khan in Toshakhana case on July 6

A court in Islamabad has summoned the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan on July 6 in a case related to Toshakhana, reported the 241NewsHD TV channel.
The Pakistan Election Commission (PCB) filed a petition in a court against the PTI chairman for not declaring his income from gifts received from Toshakhana as head of the government with the FBR.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan served as the 22nd prime minister of Pakistan from August 2018 till April 2022 when he was ousted through a no-confidence motion.
The hearing of the case against Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf has been fixed on July 6.
Additional and Sessions Court of West Islamabad has served notices to Imran Khan Niazi, his lawyers Kh Haris, Faisal Chaudhry, and Gohar Ali Khan in this regard.
