A video of Punjab Sports Minister Wahab Riaz’s ride in the rain went viral.

The clip shows the pacer’s careless driving cost other commuters dearly.

The sports minister's shots showing him wading through rainwater while wearing wellies at various inundated spots of the provincial capital are also circulating on social media.

Wahab’s act invited ire among the people. Netizens came down hard on him for coming out to show off his wellies and SUV.

 

Heavy rain played havoc in parts of Punjab including Lahore, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Azad Kashmir, early Wednesday morning claiming several lives, Seven people die in downpour-related incidents in Lahore and three in KP.
