Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) senior vice president Maryam Nawaz has said the plan to put an end to Nawaz Sharif's political carrier has failed, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a rally at Bagh, Azad Jammu Kashmir in connection with the election campaign of party candidate Mushtaq Minhas, she held the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman responsible for the May 9 attacks and vowed that he would be made a 'nishan-e-ibrat' for others.

Condemning the PTI chief for the May 9 attacks, the PML-N leader said that the Azad Jammu and Kashmir prime minister was "testifying against Imran Khan". She claimed that the AJK premier had identified the PTI chief as the May 9 attacks planner.

"Your people are also revealing that the PTI chairman is the mastermind of May 9.”

Maryam, while saluting the martyrs, said that those who desecrate the martyrs' monuments are not Pakistani — referring to the May 9 arsonists who vandalized Jinnah House and other military installations soon after the arrest of the PTI chairman.

She added that the May 9 incidents brought tears to the “eyes of the heirs of the martyrs”.

“Whoever treated the martyrs like this, the nation will not forgive them," she further said.

She said that they will not respect those who burn the memorials of martyrs.

Maryam Nawaz again mocked the PTI head, saying that the "game is over", following an exodus of his party's senior members.

On the exodus of PTI leaders from the party, she asked the crowd where the PTI was, saying that it “went back to where it came from”.

“The party which made a plan to end Nawaz Sharif's politics is in crumbles. Those who used to say that they will make them cry are crying day and night,” the PML-N's leader said.

She added that the PML-N is standing firm today.

PML-N Chief Organizer said the nation will not forgive the one who hides in a bunker.

She said that Nawaz Sharif saw the worst time but did not let the fire fall on Pakistan.

Maryam Nawaz said that the one who used to say that he is enough alone is now crying alone today.

The PML-N leader said that this person not only set Pakistan and its defense installations on fire, but this person also came to deal with Kashmir sitting next to Trump.

She said that the politics of arson and anarchy, hatred, and fitnah reminds Imran Khan, who has nothing to show performance, then that person does these things.
