The T20 World Cup 2024 could be shifted from the USA and West Indies to England due to the lack of infrastructure in America, reported 24News HD TV channel on Monday.
According to the sources, the International Cricket Council (ICC) may be forced to move the 2024 T20 World Cup to England due to the co-host USA's inadequate infrastructure.
The sources said the International Cricket Council (ICC) may urge the West Indies and the United States to host the T20m World Cup 2030 which is initially scheduled to be held in England, Ireland and Scotland in 2030.
On the other hand, a former executive of USA Cricket has said that his country is currently not prepared with the venues for the T20 World Cup 2024 so it could be shifted to another venue.
