Police recovered the head moharrir of Tangwani Police Station during an operation against robbers and kidnappers in Durrani Mehr Area after a heavy exchange of fire between the police and the robbers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to sources the police destroyed and set fire to the united hideouts of the robbers.

According to SSP Amjad Sheikh the head moharrir of Tangwani police station was kidnapped two days ago, and has been rescued by the police.

The exchange of fire between the police and the robbers and the search operation continued till the filing of this report.

In another abduction incident that occurred on Sunday morning, bandits also kidnapped three people including a policeman from the Gublu police station area of Kashmore.

According to sources, the kidnappers abducted the hostages at gunpoint and fled towards Kutcha.

As soon as the information was received, a heavy police force was dispatched to Kutcha.

Sources said that three people including police officer Qadir Bakhsh Dahani were among the abducted.
