Another close aide of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman, Prince Bahawal Khan Abbasi condemning the May 9 events has announced quitting the party, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

The son of Nawab of Bahawalpur in a video message aired on Tuesday said that his great grandfather Nawab of Bahawalpur Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Abbasi (V) following the guidelines of his old friend Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah merged his state and troops in the newly established Pakistan in 1947.

For the sake of the stability of Pakistan, my elder doled out the treasures of Bahawalpur state, he said proudly.
