Actress Azekah Daniel complains of discrimination by fans

Pakistani actress Azekah Daniel decided to reveal her reservations over belonging to a religious minority in Pakistan during an interview.

Actress Azekah Daniel is much applauded for the portrayal of excellent acting skills in esteemed Pakistani projects such as Cheekh, Malaal-e-Yaar and Dunk.

However, it is no secret that Azekah belongs to a Christian family.

While in an interview, Azekah decided to converse over the much-highlighted topic of discrimination against religious minorities in Pakistan.

When Azekah was asked to reveal her experience she declared that it is not a big deal for her.

She said that people who consider this an important issue never fail to make it obvious.

However, it can never be depicted that what lies in the heart of an individual but Azekah never had to be confronted with open discrimination.

According to Azekah, the Pakistani industry is very open-minded in this matter.

Azekah still has to face disapproval and negativity in other areas which according to her is fine as this is the norm everywhere for minorities.

She accepts this and doesn’t make a big deal out of it as she declared that this is the custom on which the world runs. 

When Azekah was asked in which areas does she face disapproval and negativity for being a Christian. She said: “Some of my fans but they wouldn’t be my fans, they are just there to troll and bash. Fans really love me I love them”.
