Deputy Secretary of Senate Faiqa Abdul Hai has been dismissed for using the name of former chief justice Iftikhar Chaudhry and violating discipline.

According to a notification, former lecturer at Balochistan University Faiqa Abdul Hai has been dismissed on the recommendations of the inquiry committee.

The four-month inquiry consisted of the accused’s person

The committee conducted a thorough inquiry for 4 months, the notification said, adding that her personal statement was too recorded before the preparation of the final report.

Faiqa has been charged with fake NOC and abuse of power too and she was harassing the officers by using the name of former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry
