A female passenger was bitten by a scorpion during a flight on an Indian Airlines plane. 
According to Indian media, the Air India flight was going from Nagpur to Mumbai last month when a scorpion bit a woman.
The Indian airline said that after landing at the airport, the doctor examined the woman and later she was discharged after treatment at the hospital.
Calling the incident unfortunate, the Indian airline said that according to the protocol, the scorpion was found after a thorough inspection of the plane. Later, fumigation was also done on the plane, the airline claimed.
According to Indian media, a snake has also been found on the aeroplane of the same airline.
