Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif knows German too – apart from Urdu and English, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

The disclosure came when he surprised a German delegation by conversing in the German language on the occasion of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Nithia Gali on Saturday.

The officials accompanying him also seemed surprised – just like many - after listening to the premier speaking German.

Minister Shehbaz Sharif inquired about the welfare of the foreign guests individually in German.

He also informed them about the history of the area and the improvement measures being taken by the Pakistan government.

The foreign guests expressed their warm feelings for PM Shehbaz Sharif and also praised his command of the German language. Shehbaz Sharif bid farewell to the guests in German too.
