Despite the release orders from the Peshawar High Court (PHC), Mardan Police arrested the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan again on Thursday evening.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, Ali Muhammad Khan was ordered to be released by Peshawar High Court on Thursday as he was arrested under Section 3MPO.

The channel report said Ali Muhammad Khan was arrested by the Mardan police as another case was registered against Ali Muhammad Khan at Mardan City Police Station against him.
