An Imam of a local mosque was gunned down in village Manja Gandi, in Jand Tehsil of District Attock, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

As per the initial details, some unknown armed persons waylaid a local mosque Imam, Maulana Muhammad Ishaq. The assailants opened fire at him and martyred him.

After getting information, police reached the place and started an investigation.
