Pakistanis’ per capita income will rise to Rs478,000

In the budget document, the target of per capita income for the next fiscal year has been set at over Rs478,000, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to the budget document, during ongoing fiscal year, the per capita income was Rs388,755.

In the next financial year, the volume of the GDP will be Rs99,335 billion. In the ongoing fiscal, the size of GDP was Rs79,336 billion.

In the next financial year, the size of economy is expected to increase by Rs19,999 billion. Next year, Rs6,482 billion will be received in the form of indirect taxes.

According to the budget documents, the target of investment is set at 15.1pc and the national savings target is set at 13.4pc.The document expects the trade deficit at $28.66 billion in the next fiscal year. It envisages $30 billion exports and $58 billion imports next year.he document, however, sets the target of remittances at $30.530 billion.
