Supreme Court of Pakistan’s Practice and Procedure Committee has decided to constitute Sharia Appellate Bench under the chair of Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

While the other members of the bench are Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, Justice Shahid Bilal, Dr Khalid Masood and Dr Qibla Ayaz.

The Sharia Appellate Bench will hear the cases from August 5, 2024.
