Pakistan’s Helena Saeed appointed UN Police Commissioner in Khartoum

Pakistan’s Helena Iqbal Saeed, an additional inspector general, has been appointed as the first-ever Pakistani woman UN Police Commissioner in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
It was a proud moment for Pakistan and congratulations poured in for Ms Helena Saeed after her appointment as top cop in Khartoum.
She was the first-ever AIG from Quetta and the first to ever make it to this rank from Pakistan. She was the first one to reach flag rank in the history of the Police service of Pakistan.
Another notable factor is that Helena came from a Christian background. Currently, Helena is the highest-ranking female officer of the Police Service of Pakistan.
