Tiff over woman led to double murder at Karachi guest house

Two men were shot dead and as many were injured in a firing incident at a guest house near Gulistan-e-Johar in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to police Abdul Salam, Asim and Asif were staying at a guest house when Nasir reached there along with another person.

The person who came to the guest house started a conversation about a woman with Abdul Salam which later turned, the police said.

The accused opened fire during a heated argument, killing Abdus Salam and Nasir while Asif and guest house employee Asim were injured in the firing, police said.

However, after the shooting, the accused escaped.

The deceased Nasir had rented a guest house for a week from a person named Saram Qureshi, police said.

However, further investigation of the incident is going on, police officials said.
