The Cabinet Committee on Privatisation (CCOP) on Monday approved the privatization of Services Hotel Lahore and House Building Finance Corporation, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

The CCOP in its meeting held in Islamabad also deferred the sale of the Roosevelt Hotel, New York.

The federal finance minister Ishaq Dar chaired the meeting. 

The Ministry of Finance directed the Privatization Commission to update the summary on the privatization of the Roosevelt Hotel.

The meeting also postponed the privatization of PECO and Sindh Engineering Limited.
