President of Pakistan Arif Alvi Friday approved five amendment bills regarding solutions of issues and changes in several departments in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Dr. Arif Alvi approved the 2023 amendment bill for the prevention of gas theft and recoveries along with the press council 2023 amendment bill, PIA 2023 amendment bill and amendment bill for 2023 regarding trademarks.

He also approved the bill to solve trade disputes.

President of Pakistan Arif Alvi approved all the amendment bills according to article 75 of the constitution.

The approval for Abdul Razzaq Dawood being Pro-Chancellor of Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) for another five years was also given by the President of the state. He approved the re-deployment under Section 10 of the LUMS Charter of 1985.
