Two former BLA members advised the Baloch terrorists to lay down their weapons and join the national mainstream.

Two former members of the proscribed Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) have advised the Baloch terrorists to lay down their weapons and join the national mainstream for their own and their children’s good, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Two members of Balochistan’s Marri tribe, Falak Sher Marri and Javed Marri, who were part of the former banned BLA issued a special message for terrorists on Sunday.

They urged the Baloch terrorists to lay down their weapons and become part of the national mainstream. They asked them to educate their children. “Take care of your children because this country is ours and we are all Muslims,” they added.

"I joined the Baloch Liberation Army in 2001. And in 2015, I surrendered and joined the national mainstream," Falak Sher said adding that the security agencies helped him a lot and his brother was also released and got a job.

He said after him, his colleagues also surrendered their weapons and joined the national stream. "Alhamdulillah we are now living a good life along with our wives and children"

In his message, Javed Marri said that he was resident of Kohlu and he remained part of the BLA from 2009 to 2015. But he surrendered in 2015 and entered the mainstream.

He said now he is doing his own business and he is thankful to the government. "I’m leading a peaceful life now and my children are getting education," he added.

He called upon other fugitive BLA members to abandon the path of terrorism and lay down their weapons so that they could live the rest of their lives in peace.
