Senior PML-N leadership went into a huddle at Model Town residence of Sharifs in Lahore on Sunday with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the chair, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Sources told 24News that party’s Senior Vice President and Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz, Federal Minister for Law Azam Nazir Tarar, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Ataullah Tarar, and another Special Assistant to Prime Minister Malik Ahmad Khan attended the meeting.

They disclosed that detailed discussions were held at the meeting on the prevailing political situation of the country.

Besides that, they added, consultations were also held over the likely inclusion of senior politicians in the party in days to come.

Furthermore, sources revealed, future political strategy also came under discussion.
