A man was killed in an oil depot fire in Shah Faisal Colony in Karachi, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

Many people were trapped inside their homes as the fire spread to the residential structures.

Firemen and rescuers reached the spot and put out the fire after hectic efforts.

According to officials, all the trapped people were rescued.
