HEC announces best teacher award 2022

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced the best teacher award for the year 2022, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to the details, the HEC has organized a ceremony to honour the outstanding faculty members of Pakistani universities with the best university teacher awards for the year 2022.

The awards have been distributed in three broad categories including Life Sciences and Medicine, Physical Sciences and Engineering and the last one Social Sciences and Humanities.

Dr Syeda Salma Hassan from the Government College University, Lahore has been honored with the first award, Dr Kamran Khalid from the Fatimah Jinnah Medical University, Lahore has been honored with second award whereas Rafia Mumtaz from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) have won the third award.

The purpose of best university teacher awards is to recognize those capable teachers who are an example for everyone and to motivate the faculty to enhance their skills.
