Man gets four years for making objectionable snaps of ex-wife viral

A sessions court in Rawalpindi sentenced a man to four years of imprisonment and fined him Rs2 million after he was found guilty of making her ex-wife’s objectionable photos viral on social media, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel Saturday.

Additional session judge Ahsan Mehmood also directed the convict to pay Rs200,000 in damages.

FIA arrested the convict Hameed Ullah outside the courtroom as he was on a bail.

The convict kept asking for Rs5.5 million and uploaded photos on social media when demands were not fulfilled.

FIA cyber-crime cell had filed a case against him on February 3, 2021.
