A grenade attack targeting a police mobile vehicle resulted in injuries to four people, including a passerby child, in Quetta's Pashtunabad area on Monday. 

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, the terror attack incident occurred when the grenade exploded near the police vehicle in the provincial capital city of Balochistan. 

The injured, which included three pedestrians and a child, were immediately transferred to the Civil Hospital for treatment.

As per the channel report, the police vehicle remained unharmed in the grenade attack.
