Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman Friday said his party partially accepts the Supreme Court’s decision, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressed the media in Dera Ismail Khan, he emphasized that only constitutional and legal experts can provide a definitive opinion on the matter.

"Only constitutional and legal experts can give a final opinion on the Supreme Court's decision against the Election Commission of Pakistan's ruling," stated Maulana Fazlur Rehman.

Maulana Faz said that JUI partially accepted the Supreme Court's decision and expressed goodwill towards Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as a result.

"We hope that this decision will contribute positively to improving mutual relations between our parties," he added, highlighting the potential for discussions to alleviate any existing reservations.

Regarding the possibility of a review appeal, Maulana Fazl clarified that while JUI as a party will not file an appeal, individual members affected by the decision have the right to pursue appeals independently. "As a party, we respect their right to appeal, but we will not file an appeal collectively," he affirmed.
