A court has annulled the order to send former Punjab chief minister Parvez Elahi on judicial remand.

Additional Sessions Judge Saima Riasat released the reserved verdict in the matter of a case related to recruitment in the Punjab Assembly against Parvez Elahi.

The court ordered producing Parvez Elahi to the judicial magistrate tomorrow.

The court stopped the execution of the decision of the judicial magistrate in the matter.
