PTI is set to file a plea in the Lahore High Court against the Anti-Terrorism Court which had dismissed interim bail appeals of former PM Imran Khan in three cases related to the May 9 incident, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PTI founder chief lawyer Barrister Salman Safdar has prepared the petitions, which will be filed on July 15.

PTI will contend that the ATC decision about the dismissal of the former Prime Minister’s appeals in three May 9 cases was against the facts.

PTI will request the LHC that the bail appeals of the former prime minister be accepted and PTI founder be provided justice in the cases.
