Our return to Chengdu was met with the promise of exploring the breathtaking beauty of Jinping Loah's Greenway and the enchanting Riverside Park. Cycling along the Tianfu Greenway was an adventure we eagerly anticipated.

The day began with an event hosted by omChina diplomacy association,Global Times Online team, and We were warmly welcomed once again, this time by the China Communications Construction Company Limited.where they showcased the remarkable development of he Tianfu Greenway system. Tianfu Greenway stands as one of the world's largest greenway systems, spanning a staggering 169,000 kilometers as per its planning.

The director of news center the China Communications Construction Company limited Mr Zha Changmiao an inspiring speech, highlighting their initiatives for the People and especially the belt and road project. With enthusiasm in our hearts, we embarked on a cycling journey through the Tianfuj Greenway, marveling at the development work undertaken by CCCC.

Upon completing the track, we were honored with a marriage certificate from Chengdu City, symbolizing our newfound bond with this remarkable city. To top it off, we had the pleasure of congratulating a newlywed couple and wishing them a joyous life together.

Following the morning's activities, we ventured to savor the delightful cuisine of Chengdu's famous hotpot. The flavors were nothing short of amazing, and the spiciness added a thrilling twist to our taste buds. The hotpot experience was a first for many of us, and it was truly fantastic. Accompanied by an opera performance and a masterful face-changing artist, our meal was a memorable cultural experience.

I must express my gratitude to the organizers for their thoughtful arrangement of a Halal table to accommodate our Muslim friends, reflecting the respect and inclusivity that Chinese people extend to other religions.

Our day continued with a visit to Sanse Road, where we immersed ourselves in the vibrant night market economy. The street was adorned with symbols of love, and at every turn, we felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals. We explored a market brimming with Chinese cultural treasures and were treated to a performance by a local singer who serenaded us with the soulful Chengdu song. I can now proudly sing some of its lyrics in Chinese.

In return, we shared our joy by teaching our Chinese friends the art of Punjabi bhangra dance.

Later in the evening,Miss Li Xinlu from Global Times Online graced us with her melodious voice, performing a song alongside our fellow journalist, Mr Tan Xiao Ren from the Asia Pacific Group. We concluded the evening with a boat ride on a picturesque lake, immersing ourselves in the captivating beauty of Chengdu.

The view of this enchanting city at night was nothing short of breathtaking, and we captured countless memories in the form of photographs and the genuine warmth and love bestowed upon us by the people of Chengdu.
