PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has urged Chief Justice of Pakistan to recue from cases of PTI founder Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Talking to media along with PTI MNA Latif Khosa, Barrister Gohar said that all cases which have been registered against Imran Khan are politically motivated. NAB has also filed new Tosha Khana reference.
He said Chief Justice of Pakistan’s remarks in Toshka Khana Reference are against law and the principles of Supreme Court of Pakistan. He said PTI was committed to uphold rule of law.
MNA Latif Khosa on the occasion said that Chief Justice of Pakistan’s wife used to write against Imran Khan.
He said CJP snatched election symbol from PTI and committed injustices with PTI. Khosa said instead of providing level playing filed, PTI was deprived of it.
