A violent confrontation over a land dispute in the Kalri area of Rawat police station has left a father and son dead, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Tuesday.

The victims, Muhammad Munir and his son Ahsan Munir, were shot and killed, according to local authorities.

The suspects, identified as Saghir, Shabbir, and Kamran, fled the scene immediately after the incident.

The bodies of the deceased have been transported to the Rural Health Center Baga Sheikhan for postmortem examination.

Police have collected evidence from the crime scene and have formed special teams to apprehend the accused. An investigation is currently underway.
