Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Qaisar claimed that after Election Commission of Pakistan’s approval of PTI’s intra party elections, Sunni Ittehad Council will ‘merge’ with PTI, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
During an interview, Asad Qaisar said that before alliance with Sunni Ittehad Council, a complete consultation process was adopted. However, PTI has limited options as a result it opted for merger with Sunni Ittehad Council. He claimed that after the completion of number game, PTI will bring no-confidence move against the government.
PTI leader said that Shahbaz Sharif will leave the government during next 6 months. He said PTI mandate was stolen.
It is pertinent to mention that Sunni Ittehad Council chief Sahibzada Hamid Raza reacted to PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat’s comment that PTI’s alliance with SIC was a mistake, saying that PTI’s independent candidates decision to join Sunni Ittehad Council was made by the PTI, not the SIC.
