It was the 27th death anniversary of veteran Pakistani folk singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

The renowned Pakistani folk singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and his grandson Shahzaman Ali Khan remembered the legendary artist and paid a beautiful tribute to the late star.

They visited Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s grave and spread flowers on it as they prayed for him.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and his son Shahzaman also remembered the legendary artist in beautiful words and vowed to keep his legacy going:

"Today marks the 27th death anniversary of Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. It was indeed one of the saddest days for me and the music fraternity alike. Collaborating with Ustad #NusratFatehAliKhan remains a cherished dream for many acclaimed music directors.
