A youth died after being hit by a car driven by a Chinese national in Islamabad on Sunday, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

According to the details of the accident, in Islamabad's Margalla area, a tyre of a car belonging to a Chinese national burst and ran over a passerby youth.

The TV channel reported that the victim was a resident of the area of Dir Bala in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 

As per the channel report, the Chinese citizen also sustained injuries in the incident.
