JUI-F chief Maulan Fazl-ur-Rehman has said that global powers wanted to destroy Pakistan’s identity but JUI-F will not allow anyone to do so, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a public gathering in Lucky Marwat district headquarters on Sunday, Fazl said it was disturbing that “time tested friends China and Saudi Arabia were not expressing trust on our government”.
He questioned from the government and the Establishment to tell the nation why it was so.
He said today India has $500 billion foreign reserves while Pakistan has hardly $10 billions. He questioned why India was making progress and Pakistan was lagging behind.
Fazl lamented that today Afghani currency was performing better than Pakistani. He said “Today Afghanistan is globally isolated but still ahead of us”.
Fazl told the crowd that, “today people are being intimidated, Pakistan economy has also been destroyed and the country is on the verge of collapse”.
JUI-F chief said “We stand with the Baloch and Pakhtuns. We want that they should be given right to their resources.” Fazl further said, JUI-F want to present a resolution, “we want peace, not force, we want the right to the resources of our land, the people's rights over the resources must be given”.
Fazl made it clear that JUI will protect seminaries.
