Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has said friendly and brotherly relations with Pakistan are being grown in various fields, including military cooperation.

Appreciating the successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Pakistan in the field of defence, President Ilham Aliyev shed light on the importance of conducting joint military training.

Regarding the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the two countries at the international level, he stressed Azerbaijan always supports the brotherly country of Pakistan on the issue of Kashmir.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed hope the visit of Chief of Army Staff General Asim Munir will help strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
