Billions at stake as Pakistan, India play in Asia Cup

A large number of gamblers betted billions of rupees on the Asia Cup match between Pakistan and India being played in Sri Lanka, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

According to bookmakers, India is the hot favourite as the rate of India's victory is set at 60 paisas while the rate of Pakistan's victory is set at Rs1.65.

In case India wins, the gamblers will get an additional Rs600 rupees on a bet of Rs1,000 while on a win of Pakistan, they will get an additional Rs1,650 rupees on a bet of 1,000.

Bookmakers predicted that among Indian batsmen, Virat Kohli and Shubnam Gill are favorites for individual scores while among Pakistani batsmen, Babar Azam and Imamul Haq are favorites for individual scores.

Moreover, Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bhamra is favorite to take more wickets in the match while among the Pakistani bowlers, Shaheen Shah Afridi is the favorite to take more wickets.

The bet starts with the loss and win of the toss and with every ball in the match, the rate changes according to changing situation.
