The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has directed the Establishment Division to call the grade 17-22 federal officers posted to provinces.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, the commission asked the Establishment Division to call back the federal officers posted to the provinces for three years.

In a letter to the Establishment Division, it stressed the officials of Secretariat Group and OMG cadre officers should be immediately reported to the Federation,

The commission also sought the list of repatriated officers within four days. Sources said the Establishment Division started work on compiling the list of officers.

The police and Pakistan Administrative Service officials are exempted.
