PML-N leader Attaullah Tarar has lashed out at the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf for becoming a cause of disgrace for the country at the global forum, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a presser in Lahore on Saturday, Tarar lambasted the PTI for taking its case terming it a violation of human rights case to the International Court of Justice. He said that the conflicts between two nations are taken to the international courts, not the political issues of a country.

He further said that the PTI chairman has engaged Geoffrey Robertson as the PTI’s lawyer. He disclosed that Robertson provides legal assistance to those elements who work against their states, adding that he has also been the lawyer of cursed writer Salman Rushdie.

Former SPMA Tarar hit out at Imran for showing his enmity to Islam after venting his venom against Pakistan.

He alleged that with the Indian support, the PTI chairman cast aspersions on the Pakistan Army.

In a post retweeted on PTI X platform handle yesterday, party leader Shahbaz Gill wrote: “After being disappointed with Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial Sahib and his courts, now the Captain's case will be fought in the International Court of Justice. International lawyers have been engaged.”
