PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Thursday met with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in a meeting that included key leaders from both parties, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Thursday.

The PPP delegation, comprising Sherry Rehman, Naveed Qamar, and Raja Pervez Ashraf, discussed various national issues with the Prime Minister, who was accompanied by Ishaq Dar and Rana Sanaullah from the PML-N.

During the meeting, which sources described as taking place in a pleasant atmosphere, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed concerns over the rising inflation and high electricity bills affecting the country. He emphasized the need for immediate action to alleviate the burden on the public.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif acknowledged the concerns and assured that the government is committed to implementing people-friendly policies to address inflation and improve the economic situation.

The PPP delegation also voiced their grievances regarding the non-implementation of the written agreement in Punjab. They highlighted that the PPP has been consistently ignored in the provincial government, a matter that has caused growing frustration within the party.
