2nd Chief of the Naval Staff All Pakistan Squash Championship 2023 commences

The opening ceremony of 2nd Chief of the Naval Staff All Pakistan Squash Championship was held at Pakistan Navy Roshan Khan Jahangir Khan Squash Complex, Karachi.

Commander Karachi Rear Admiral Muhammad Saleem graced the occasion as Chief Guest and declared the Championship open.

Players from WAPDA, Army, Navy and KPK, Punjab and Sindh Squash Associations will be competing during the event. A total of 54 matches will be played from 23–27 Aug 23.

Earlier during his welcome address, Tournament Director Commodore Tauqeer Ahmad Khawaja apprised that the National Squash tournament is organized every alternate year which is a manifestation of Pakistan Navy’s resolve and commitment towards the promotion of squash within Pakistan and abroad.

The event will prove to be instrumental in promoting Squash at National level and will also provide an opportunity to domestic players to show their professional acumen.

The Tournament Director also appreciated the players, officials, sponsors and Commander Karachi for their support and presence for this mega event.

The opening ceremony was attended by a large number of civil & military dignitaries, sponsors and senior squash players including legendary Squash player Jahangir Khan.
