64 Pakistani cricketers, including women, nominated for Big Bash League draft

A total of 64 Pakistani cricketers have been nominated for the upcoming Big Bash League (BBL) and Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) drafts, showcasing a significant representation from Pakistan in the prestigious leagues.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, among the men, Haris Rauf, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Usama Mir, and Zaman Khan were previously announced, with the list now expanding to include Fakhar Zaman, Naseem Shah, Shan Masood, and Saim Ayub, among others.
Additionally, prominent names like Usman Qadir, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Umar Akmal, Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf, Haider Ali, and Mohammad Hasnain have also been nominated for the draft.
On the women's side, 11 cricketers have been nominated for the WBBL, including Fatima Sana, Nida Dar, Diana Baig, Aliya Riaz, Tuba Hassan, Nashra Sandhu, and Aroob Shah.
The drafts for both the BBL and WBBL will take place on September 1st, 2024.
