 Elderly man crushed to death by train

 An elderly person died after being hit by a train in the 7up Phatak area of Lahore on Saturday, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.  

The victim, believed to be around 65 years old, remains unidentified as authorities work to establish his identity.

The man was trying to cross a railway track when a speeding train hit him. The victim died on the spot.

Rescue officials rushed to the scene and transferred the lifeless body to the morgue for further procedures while the area police also gathered evidence from the site to determine the nature of the incident.
