The Cabinet Division has sought asset details from the caretaker PM and cabinet members, 24News HD TV channel reported Saturday.

The caretakers have been asked to submit their asset details within a week.

According to the rules of business, all members of the cabinet are bound to provide their details of assets to the cabinet division.

Any member found guilty of submitting false declarations or failing to declare conflicts of interest may face removal from their position.

The cabinet division has also advised the advisors and special assistants to provide said information.
