The case of death of a 15-year-old girl in Rawat, near Islamabad, which was initially being portrayed as suicide, turned out to be a murder, and that, too, by none other than his stepbrother, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Police on Sunday arrested the boy who, in the absence of his mother, first tortured his stepsister, then raped her before killing her.

The boy, in order to conceal his crime, wrapped a cloth around her neck, and then hung her body from a pole. 

When the police were intimated about the incident on 15, SHO Rawat, along with a heavy contingent of police, reached the crime scene.

Police said the boy initially said the girl had died by suicide. But later he himself confessed to have killed her, the Force disclosed.

Post-mortem of the body was conducted, while the police registered a case against the boy on the complaint of deceased girl’s mother.
